OrnamentAvenue.com ships all of our packages by United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Service or Priority Mail which is estimated to arrive within 2 business days.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days. ALL ORDERS AFTER THE 17TH ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY USPS TO ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS. FOR AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 WE WILL SHIP UPS. SIMPLY PICK UPS 3 DAY SELECT AT CHECKOUT AND IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADD 20.00 FOR SHIPPING. Due to holiday volume we may occasionally experience a backorder of an item, but will inform you via email or phone if we will exceed the 3 business day shipping turn around, giving you choice of a refund on that item or similar priced replacement of your choice.

All shipping to an alternate address will include a gift bag per ornament and a card with a saying of your choice that can be noted on your order in the notes section.

We take all measures necessary at the time of packing to ensure your gifts arrive undamaged, however once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot take it to its final destination. Therefore, if you receive any damaged merchandise we will immediately replace it or refund it. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours so we may claim the package with USPS.
