Each name is handwritten with a permanent pen especially designed for ornament personalization. Our artists are very talented and take great care in personalizing each ornament as special as the person you are giving it to.

Your satisfaction is our main priority. If within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise, it is damaged, personalized incorrectly by our staff, or not to your expectations, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase. If a personalization mistake was made at the time the order was placed we will gladly replace the ornament for you at a discount of 25% plus shipping. All returns must be requested through our contact us page via email. Please be sure to include your Name, order number, and reason of replacement or refund.
